Refund policy

1) General Policy

All sales on Version43 are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, or incorrect choice by the customer.

Refunds or replacements are only considered under specific conditions outlined below.
2) Conditions Eligible for Refund/Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement only if:

You received a damaged product.
-
You received the wrong item.
-
The parcel is missing items.
⚠️ Mandatory Proof: Unboxing video and clear photos (showing the unopened parcel, the unboxing process, and the product condition) are required. Requests without proof will be rejected.
3) Timeline to Raise a Request

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

4) Refunds & Processing

Customers can choose replacement or refund (if applicable).
-
Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed via Razorpay directly back to the original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, netbanking).
-
Refund processing time: 7–10 working days from approval.

Refunds are limited to product value only. Shipping charges are non-refundable once dispatch has been initiated.
5) RTO (Return to Origin) Handling
-
If a prepaid order is marked RTO due to incomplete address, unreachable phone, or refusal to accept delivery, both forward & return shipping charges will be deducted before any refund.

If an RTO parcel returns damaged due to customer refusal/unavailability, refund eligibility may be denied.
6) Cancellations
-
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
-
After 12 hours or once the order is packed/shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
-
Prepaid cancellations within 12 hours will be refunded via Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
7) Replacements & Stock
-
If your issue is approved for replacement, a fresh product will be shipped.

If the product is out of stock, we will update inventory and dispatch once restocked (you will be notified of the timeline). Refunds are only given if replacement is not possible.
8) Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds/returns are not provided if:

Product is used, opened, or tampered with after delivery.
-
No unboxing proof is provided.
-
Issues are reported after 48 hours of delivery.
-
Delivery failed due to customer unavailability or incorrect address.
-
Claims of “not needed / changed mind / don’t like design.”
9) Abuse & Fraud Prevention

Customers raising repeated false claims, refusing parcels, or misusing policies will be blacklisted without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer suspected of fraud or abuse.
