Order Processing

  • All orders are dispatched in 3–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by SMS/email as soon as the order is shipped.

Shipping Partners & Tracking

  • We ship through leading couriers via our logistics partner network (Shiprocket).

  • Live tracking is shared automatically after dispatch.

Delivery Timelines (India)

  • Metros: 2–4 business days from dispatch

  • Other cities: 3–7 business days from dispatch

  • Remote/ODA PIN codes: 5–10 business days from dispatch

Timelines are estimates and can vary due to weather, holidays, or courier constraints.

Shipping Fees

  • Standard shipping: ₹50 per order

  • Free shipping: on orders ₹499 and above (applied automatically at checkout)

Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

  • Address changes are possible before dispatch only.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/unreachable phone, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged / Missing Items on Delivery

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video. We’ll resolve via replacement or credit as per our Refunds/Returns Policy.

International Shipping

  • Not available currently. We only ship within India.
